The newly elected Governor of Ekiti State, Mr Biodun Oyebanji has reiterated his commitment to put the interest of the generality of Ekiti People first in the course of his administration.
Mr Oyebanji gave the assurance during his thank you tour to all local governments in the state in company of the deputy governor-elect Chief Monisade Afuye and some leaders of his political party, the All Progressives Congress (APC).
"Competent Ekiti indigenes and residents will be first on the list of consideration for project's execution", Oyebanji assured.
The Governor elect admonished members of the party who will be considered for appointments never to see themselves above the party in the ward and LGA, as appointment does not conferred leadership on anybody, but the people does.
