Ekiti Permanent Secretary, Akinjide Akinleye mni Elected Member Governing Council of CIPM

 

...As Ekiti Branch Elects New Leadership

The Permanent Secretary, Ministry of Health and Human Services, Mr Akinjide Akinleye mni has been elected a Council Member of the Governing Council of the Chartered Institute of Personnel Management. 

Mr Akinleye mni, a seasoned Administrator and policy maker par excellence won the election into the Governing Council at the Institute's 53rd Annual General Meeting held virtually recently. 

An alumnus of the prestigious National Institute for Policy and Strategic Studies, Kuru, Jos, Mr Akinleye mni assured that he would bring his administrative knowledge to bear in working with the new team to uplift the institute at the state and national levels.

In a similar development, a Director of Administration and Supplies in the State Civil Service Mrs Olusola Gbenga- Igotun  has been elected the Chairman of the Ekiti State Branch of the Institute. 

Mrs Gbenga-Igotun was elected to succeed Mr. Sola Ogunmiluyi who just completed a two-time chairmanship of the Branch

While pledging his unwavering support for the new executive, the outgone chairman charged them to device new strategies and methods for greater achievements. 

In her acceptance speech, the new chairman, Mrs Olusola Gbenga- Igotun assured members of the CIPM branch in the state that her team would work hard to ensure remarkable successes are recorded under her leadership.

While noting that the CIPM Ekiti branch has been blessed with great leaders in the past, Mrs Gbenga- Igotun commended the immediate past Chairman and his team for their commitment, dedication, selfless service and team spirit which she pointed has brought a lot of recognitions and awards to the Ekiti State branch.

She solicited the support of all and sundry for the success of her administration.

Other officers elected at the meeting to pilot the affairs of the branch in the state for the next one year are Mr A.Ariyo as Vice Chairman, Segun Adebayo as General Secretary,  Mrs Oyeyemi Kayode-Ojo as Treasurer. Others are Mr Steve Ogunlade as Public Relations Officer, Mrs Adesola Adeyanju as Financial Secretary and Mr Gbenga- Emiloju as Ex- officio.
