EKITI AAUA ALUMNI ASSOCIATION MEETS ON INSECURITY, MEMBERS WELFARE




The Ekiti State branch of Adekunle Ajasin University, Akungba Akoko (AAUA) Alumni Association has stated that the April edition of her General meeting would be devoted to discussing members safety amidst the insecurity in the country.


According to a statement signed by the Publicity Secretary of the branch, O'Seun Ogunsakin, a security expert would be delivering a lecture on "Enhancing Personal Security Amidst National Insecurity" at the virtual meeting of the Association schedules for this Friday 15th April, 2022 by 4:30pm


Ogunsakin said Mr Deolu Oyebode of the Nigerian Security and Civil Defense Corps would join some other security experts to provide safety counsels for members of the Association


He added that such a lecture becomes necessary at a time when every citizen must handle their security subconsciously

He stated that other issues relating to the welfare of members would also be discussed at the meeting.


As part of moves to get the input of traditional rulers, the Obaleo of Erinmope Ekiti, Oba (Dr) Sunday Aniyi Aikuirawo, an alumnus of the University is the Royal Father of the Day.
